Viewing the Status of Active Forms

The Online Forms system allows you to see the status of active forms using the "Forms in Flight" screen.  This screen shows not only forms that you have already processed and approved but also forms that are on their way to you for future approval.  If you have approved or will approve a form the "Forms in Flight" link will appear in the "Manage Forms" section of the navigation, then you can choose which form you want to see by clicking "View Details."

The details screen will show all past approvers of the form, whom the form is pending approval from, and who rejected a form if applicable.
